Service Terms
By placing a reservation with Legacy One Limousine (Legacy One Limousine) you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions and further expressly authorize Legacy One Limousine to charge your credit card in full for all charges relating to your reservation, including, but not limited to, charging your credit card in full for the reservation should you be considered a no-show. Service is deemed rendered, whether you enter the vehicle or not, when the cancellation period is reached.
BILLING POLICY
All hourly/charter runs are billed in 30-minute increments except Mini Coaches, Motor Coaches and Limo Buses which are billed in hour increments. A 50% Non-Refundable deposit due at time of booking for all hourly/charter runs – regardless of vehicle type. This deposit may NOT be moved to other vehicles or applied to future runs. They are forfeited if not used for the original booking or vehicle.
Parking Passes are non-refundable. Failure to locate your chauffeur will be considered a “no show” and will result in a full charge, equal to the total trip cost. In an unlikely event that you cannot locate your chauffeur, please call 214-932-9165 or 877-219-0565. A signed Letter of Agreement or Schedule of Services contract supersedes all other billing terms
Airport Arrival Transfer Wait Time
Legacy One Limousine provides up to 15 minutes of free wait time on each Airport Arrival Transfer for you to deplane and pick-up your luggage. If you do not meet your chauffeur or call us within 30 minutes of your plane landing, we will consider you a “no-show” and you will be charged in full for the reservation.
Update of Airport Transfer Arrival Times
Legacy One Limousine updates all flight arrival times when a correct flight number or tail number is provided, but the update is only as reliable as the information we are provided by the Airline or Airport.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted by phone only, 1-877-219-0565. Sedan / SUV cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Limousines / vans / mini buses require 7 Day’ notice before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Coach buses require a 14-day notice before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges. Worldwide reservations outside the United States requires 72-hour notice before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
A cancellation confirmation number will be provided at the time the cancellation is called into Legacy One Limousine It is the customer’s responsibility to retain the cancellation number.
If you are not able to contact Legacy One Limousine for your cancellation or call-in a less than 24 hours, for Sedan / SUV, 7 Day for Limousines / vans / mini buses, you will be charged the full fare including gratuity. All Coach bus reservations must be cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled pickup time, otherwise, you are subject to the full trip fare including gratuity.
Change Policy
Legacy One Limousine requires that all changes be received by phone at least 4 hours prior to pick up. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you will be charged full fare including gratuity for the trip. Changes cannot be made with our Chauffeurs. All changes must be made with a Customer Service Representative by calling 877-219-0565 or +1-214-932-9165. Changes made for Coach Bus reservations must be made within 48 hours prior to pick up. If a change cannot be accommodated and results in a cancellation you will be charged full fare including gratuity for the trip.
Hourly Reservations and Posted Minimums
Hourly orders are billed at the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for. If the vehicle time is extended it is billed in ½ hour increments thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for.
Deposit and Payment Policy:
A 50% non-refundable deposit for the program total is due within (24) hours of receipt of this signed agreement. The Final Balance must be paid 7 days prior to the reservation date. To cancel this agreement, written notice must be received per the below cancellation policy. If proper cancellation is not given, there will be no refund of the programs nonrefundable deposit and the subsequent balance due. A completed credit card authorization is required to secure all services and reservations.
SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
All special event vehicles will have increased minimums (may vary based on event & vehicle type) and will require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Adherence to this policy will be strictly enforced. Special events such as concerts, major sporting events, holidays and all other events deemed “special” by Legacy One Transportation are subject to these separate policies. All vehicle and run types (transfer or hourly/charter) must be cancelled 7-days before the scheduled pick-uptime to avoid full charge. Parking pass charges are non-refundable once reservation has been made. ***Under extreme circumstances, exceptions may be applied at the discretion of Legacy One Limousine Services, LLC.
Lost or Damaged Items
Legacy One Limousine is not responsible for items that are left in the vehicle, lost or damaged. Legacy One Limousine reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for returning lost items if found. The rate will be equal to the rate of an Airport Transfer to your location plus 20% chauffeur gratuity and any applicable fuel fees and tolls.
No-Show Policy
On all reservations you will be considered a no-show at 30 minutes (45 minutes for International Arrivals requiring Customs Clearance) past your scheduled pick-up time. If you have not met your chauffeur or contacted Legacy One Limousine by phone, you will be charged in full for the reservation. To avoid being charged as a no-show, do not leave your location without contacting Legacy One Limousine by phone.
Payment Methods
Legacy One Limousine accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, ACH. All charges, including gratuities are billed to your credit card. Credit Cards are charged after the service is provided unless otherwise stated for specialty events.
Point to Point Transfers
Legacy One Limousine provides up to a 15-minute grace period at pick-up before wait time charges apply at the hourly rate of the vehicle + 20% gratuity billed in ½ hour increments (1 hour for Minibuses and Coach Buses). Point to Point Transfers include all Return Airport Transfers, Cruise Port Transfers, Point A to Point B Transfers and all non-hourly reservations.
Rate Changes All Rates are subject to audit after order completion. This audit includes actual tolls, parking fees, additional stops, etc. Hourly jobs are billed the number of hours you ordered the vehicle for, then in ½ hour increments, thereafter. Minimum posted number of hours is only the minimum number of hours we will accept an order for not the final charges which will be based on the actual time used. Legacy One Limousine reserves the right to change rates at any time without notice.
Legacy One Limousine rates are billed, including, applicable fees and tolls, 10% STC and a 20% chauffeur service charge. If you choose to provide an additional cash gratuity it is at your sole discretion and would be in addition to the 20% you have already paid for. You will not receive a full or partial refund for the 20% Gratuity by providing a cash tip to the chauffeur.
WAIT TIME POLICY
Legacy One tracks all inbound flights – starting 1.5 hour prior to their arrival. Delays due to weather, lost luggage or baggage claim delays WILL NOT result in a wait time surcharge or a conversion to an hourly/charter charge. International arrivals will be charged a $25 International Arrival Fee, for the first 30 minutes after flight arrival. After 30 minutes, the transfer will be converted to a minimum 2-hour charter. Wait time associated with all other pickups/transfers will be charged as follows: First 15 minutes – Free. Second 15 minutes – $15. After 30 minutes of wait time, the run will convert into an hourly/charter charge.
Surcharges
All out of pocket charges, including, but not limited to road tolls, parking, airport fees and luggage carts will be billed to the client.
Termination of any reservation by Legacy One Limousine.
Legacy One Limousine reserves the right to terminate any reservation without refund, if the Operator or the Legacy One Limousine Dispatcher on duty feels that the Renter and or Party of the Renter is putting the Operator or the mode of transportation or the Renter and or Party of the Renter in danger of injury. Additionally, if the Renter and or Party of the Renter are in the possession of any illegal material and or illegal substances, this service will be terminated immediately and charged at the full amount of the reservation. This is without exception.
Alcohol and Illegal Substance:
Legacy One does not acquire, provide, or serve alcohol to Clients. Legacy One does allow a “self-service” provision which allows Legacy One Clients to provide and consume alcohol within the scope of applicable laws. The Client understands and agrees that in doing so, Legacy One is relinquished of all liability responsibility for service provision or consumption. Whereas the Client assumes responsibility and liability for the self-service of alcoholic beverages, actions and level of consumption by the Client’s attendees, staff or other invited or related parties. No illegal drugs are permitted in Legacy One vehicles and Legacy One has a no smoking policy while in vehicle (including vaping). Glass containers are discouraged.
Uncontrollable Acts, Acts of God and/or Acts of Mother Nature
Legacy One Limousine is not responsible for acts of God, acts of Mother Nature and or circumstances that are beyond our control including, but not limited to traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, flight delays, weather delays, or road closures.
Vehicle Damage/Cleaning
The Party paying for the Reservation is responsible for all damages and or cleaning charges incurred by the renter and or Party of the Renter, including but not limited to: Vomit/Sickness ($250/Incident for Cleaning Fee), Alcohol Spillage ($250/Incident for Cleaning Fee), Broken Glassware ($50/Replacement Set), Burns ($500/ Incident for Replacement or Repair), Upholstery Tears ($500-1,000/Incident for Replacement or Repair) and/or Opening a Car Door into another Vehicle or Stationary Object ($1,500-2,000/Actual amount will be billed per the Repair Fee and time out of service for the vehicle).
Indemnification:
Each party to this Agreement shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party and its directors, officers, agents and employees from and against all costs, liability, demands, claims, damages to persons or property, losses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney fees arising solely caused by the indemnifying party’s negligence or willful misconduct regarding the scope of work or services contemplated by this agreement.
Force Majeure:
The performance of this agreement is subject to termination by either party without liability upon the occurrence of any circumstance beyond the control of either party – such as, but not limited to, acts of God, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorders, or other emergencies making it illegal or impossible for either party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement. Cancellations based on Covid related issues do not constitute application under the force majeure policy unless federally mandated travel restrictions or assembly requirements are present.
Vehicle Request Policy: Legacy One Limousine reserves the right to upgrade or change a vehicle request to accommodate a client’s reservation at no charge to the client if deemed necessary by Legacy One Limousine.

We promise to provide every service to your highest level of satisfaction. We abide by a zero-tolerance policy for intoxicating substances, are ADA Compliant, and invite any complaints to be filed directly to the City of Dallas.

ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
Legacy One has a zero tolerance policy for intoxication
We do not tolerate:
- The presence of illegal drugs or the illegal use of legal drugs in our workplace.
The use, possession, distribution, or sale of controlled substances or alcohol is strictly prohibited while on duty, while on the Company’s premises or worksites, or while operating the Company’s equipment or vehicles.
The use of illegal drugs or threats to us drugs.

Additional
• Neither Legacy One, nor any of its subcontractors or affiliates, shall be liable for or assume any liability or responsibility whatsoever for any lost or misplaced personal property or any other item left in a vehicle.
• In no event will Legacy One, or any of its subcontractors or affiliates be liable or responsible for damages of any kind caused by any delay in performance or failure to perform, in whole or in part, any of their obligations in connection with the services, where such delay or failure is due in part to fire, earthquake, weather, traffic, road construction, strikes, government sanctioned embargo, flood, act of God, act of war or terrorism, act of any public authority or sovereign government, civil disorder, delay caused by any air or ground passenger carrier, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Legacy One, its subcontractors or affiliates.
• Legacy One does not provide child safety seats. Parents and guardians of children traveling in Legacy One vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.
• The following items are prohibited from Legacy One vehicles: alcoholic beverages, glass containers, smoking, firearms, explosives and fireworks.
• You confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Legacy One website), and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable and satisfactory to you.
